Federal Judges Who Fix Cases and Court Officials Who Cover Up Case Fixing are Domestic Terrorists

undefined

It is high time that we as a country finally come to the realization that our federal judiciary is infested with judicial terrorists who have been and continue to be on a mission to deprive “we the people” of our rights. Yes, indeed, there are actually federal statutes in place that criminalize judges who choose to violate the laws of the United States. These statutes are as follows:

The Time Has Come for Congress to Revisit the Outrageous Pensions Given to Federal Judges

Because judges in the federal judiciary and justices on the Supreme Court have generally not been operating with a high degree of trust, the confidence level of the people in our federal judiciary and Supreme Court is at all all-time nadir.  The recent controversy surrounding the leaking of the Alito draft opinion as to the upcoming anticipated overruling of the Roe v. Wade decision regarding women’s abortion rights has brought the country to a tipping point.  It is therefore time for Congress to revisit and make some changes to some laws pertaining to federal judges and Supreme Court justices.

Senator Todd Young of Indiana Should Demand Public Senate Judiciary Hearings on Judicial Corruption

We are in trouble as a country when we have a federal judiciary that fixes cases, and we certainly have that in our country.  We are in deeper trouble when we have federal judicial officials who protect federal judges who fix cases, and we certainly have that in our country.  And we are in even deeper trouble when we have United States Senators who are aware of the judicial corruption and sit back and allow the corruption to flourish while doing nothing about it, and we certainly have that in our country.

Why Is The U.S. Court Administration So Secretive About Judge Michael S. Kanne?

We have a very serious problem in the county with judicial malfeasance issues which are being swept under the rug by federal court officials at every turn.  Case in point is what is currently taking place in the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago and the federal judiciary’s protectionism of case fixing.

Josh Hawley & Marsha Blackburn Should Hold Corrupt Judges Just As Accountable As Child Porn Offender

We now have another Senate Judiciary Committee hearing going on for the questioning of a U.S. Supreme Court nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, who from most accounts is a very fair minded and even-tempered jurist, and extremely qualified for the position from most accounts.  Generally, when I write about judicial issues I keep political party affiliations out of the equation, but this time around I will have to make a bit of an exception since the Republicans, particularly Josh Hawley, a Republican Senator from Missouri, who is hell bent on attacking Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s record on crime, particularly on the judge’s record of sentencing child porn offenders to which Hawley has stated “a pattern of letting child porn offenders off the hook for their appalling crimes”.  But despite Howley’s rhetoric, a CNN review of the materials in question shows that Jackson has mostly followed the common judicial sentencing practices in these kinds of cases.  https://www.cnn.com/2022/03/18/politics/republican-attacks-scotus-nominee-sentencing-record/index.html.

Hey Dick Durbin and Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Where Are you Hiding?

The old saying “money talks” is no more true anywhere than it is in the federal judiciary when it comes to cases involving corporations or business entities against individuals, the judiciary overwhelmingly sides in favor of business, where case fixing is not the exception, but the rule.  When it is corporate money that is doing the talking, the federal judges are indeed listening.  https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/posteverything/wp/2017/06/26/why-big-business-keeps-winning-at-the-supreme-court/https://reason.com/volokh/2021/03/09/testifying-on-whats-wrong-with-the-supreme-court-the-big-money-assault-on-our-judiciary/.  The late-great Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg tried to tell us something when she said that business clients “can pay for the best counsel money can buy” and indeed they very often get what they pay for.  https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2018/07/big-business-keeps-winning-at-the-supreme-court/564260/.

The American Judiciary Acts Like the KGB When it Comes to Peoples' Rights to Justice!

undefined

With the recent events going on in the Ukraine with Putin’s attempt to take over the country, it has caused me to reflect about how much of our own freedoms have been and continued to be hijacked right here in the good old USA by our American judiciary.  The American judiciary acts much the same as the KGB, which operated as a force of the former Soviet Union’s “secret police” tasked with safeguarding the country from domestic and foreign threats.  The American Judiciary operates essentially much the same way as a covert operation against Democracy by its systemic eradication of peoples' rights to justice in safeguarding corporate and governmental corruption by way of infected rulings.  Lest we forget that the judiciary is the third branch of our system of government as the Constitution of the United States divides the federal government into three branches —legislative branch, executive branch, and judicial branch.  Thus, the judiciary is responsible for ensuring that our Constitution works and thereby is supposed to be safeguarding our democracy —but it doesn't do so.  Unfortunately, the federal judiciary has chosen by its demonstrated actions to violate the Constitution and blatantly compromise our democracy by its customary covert actions of routinely stripping away the fundamental rights of the people as enunciated and guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States —of which rights are hijacked from the people by the KGB style judges in the American judiciary.

“Does the government fear us? Or do we fear the government?  When the people fear the government, tyranny has found victory. The federal government is our servant, not our master!” ~ Thomas Jefferson.
