It Is Time for the United States Courts to Either Put Up Or Shut Up!

The United States Courts on September 23, 2022, tweeted “The Judicial Conference of the United States has provided a century of service to the judiciary and to the public by setting policy and overseeing administrative needs.”  Along with this sound good tweet it posted a self-serving article boasting about how great of a judicial agency that it is such as stating that “one of the greatest values of the Conference is that it brings judges together from across the country, with a shared goal of improving the delivery of justice.”  https://www.uscourts.gov/news/2022/09/23/judicial-conference-century-service-federal-judiciary?utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&utm_campaign=usc-news.  And then there is a quote from Roslynn R. Mauskopf, director of the Administration of the United States Courts stating “The independence of our courts is a hallmark of the federal judiciary.” and that “We are a nationwide court system, sharing common challenges and common goals.  The work of the Conference and its committees unify us in the administration of justice, and brings a real dimension of camaraderie and collegiality to the Branch as a whole.”  My my, the kumbaya is enough to bring tears to one’s eyes.

The Supreme Court Has Declared War Against the Peoples' Rights: A Revolution Is Now Necessary

The country is now at its tipping point with the Supreme Court’s overturning of Roe v. Wade, an action undertaken by the Supreme Court in a very corrupt manner with the help of corrupt justices who lied under oath during their confirmation hearings in order to get on the Supreme Court to advance judicial corruption.  Make no mistake about it, that is exactly what happened here.  Without question the Supreme Court has reached a real nadir.  The question now is, what are we —the people— going to do about it?  In other words, are we, as a country, going to continue to allow judges who lie under oath at their confirmation hearings to continue to be on the Supreme Court, or are we going to take a stand against it?

The So Called "Leaked" Draft Opinion from the Supreme Court is the Public's Business

There is a very substantial controversy going on in the country regarding the draft opinion that was written by Justice Samuel Alito calling on the Court to overrule Roe v. Wade —the landmark 1973 opinion that legalized abortion nationwide that has been leaked out.  Chief Justice John Roberts has confirmed that the leaked document is “authentic” but in doing damage control he said that it does not represent a decision by the Court of the final position of any member on the issues in the case.”  That is poppycock and Roberts knows it!

The Federal Judiciary is Infested with Sexual Perverts ~ Chief Justice Roberts Looks the Other Way

A recent article came out by NBC News pointing out that because of many judicial improprieties that have been going on, that there have been increased calls for the Supreme Court to be subject to a code of ethics, like all other U.S. courts, but that Chief Justice John Roberts has consistently defended the court’s refusal to adopt one, rejecting all suggestions of congressional or other oversight.  The article points out that the Supreme Court has refused for over 50 years to adopt the Judicial Conference code, or any other code, making it the only court in the United States without a formal set of ethics rules.  Roberts’ stated position is that the Supreme Court has “no reason to adopt the Code of Conduct as its definitive source of ethical guidance.”  Roberts says that “every justice seeks to follow high ethical standards” and that they may turn to “judicial opinions, treatises, scholarly articles and disciplinary decisions,” and also seek advice from one another.  https://www.nbcnews.com/think/opinion/supreme-court-chief-justice-john-roberts-gives-incomplete-history-lesson-ncna1286943.

Don't Be Fooled by the Used Car Salesman Smile of Chief Justice John Roberts

Chief Justice John Roberts has been recently quoted as saying that the nation’s federal courts are doing a better job of policing themselves which he called essential for the ability of the judicial branch to maintain its independence.  Roberts also said that the judiciary’s power to manage its own internal affairs “insulates courts from inappropriate political influence and is crucial to preserving public trust in its work as a separate and co-equal branch of government.” https://nypost.com/2022/01/01/chief-justice-john-roberts-warns-against-inappropriate-political-influence-in-federal-courts/.  Roberts must be delusional if he thinks what the courts are doing are “preserving public trust” since the same article in which he was quoted pointed out that the latest Gallup poll showed only a 40 percent approval by the public of the court’s performance, which is down 20 points from two decades ago and a new low for that survey.
