It is high time that we as a country finally come to the realization that our federal judiciary is infested with judicial terrorists who have been and continue to be on a mission to deprive “we the people” of our rights. Yes, indeed, there are actually federal statutes in place that criminalize judges who choose to violate the laws of the United States. These statutes are as follows:

Anybody and everybody who knows me or who has read my public writings knows that I am very critical of the legal profession and judiciary.  It goes without saying that generally speaking lawyers and judges have earned a reputation for unsavoriness and corruption.  History has taught us that lawyers and judges are a seedy bunch driven by money and power who routinely utilize dishonesty to achieve their goals of getting rich and powerful —at the expense of the regular people of society.  I have written extensively on legal and judicial malfeasance issues of which writings can be seen on the “Media” and “Blog” section of my website.  http://www.brianvukadinovich.com/.  I take no prisoners when I express myself on my feelings about the legal system and the judiciary’s corruption as can be seen in the interviews I have done on these topics in the “Media” section of my website.  Needless to say, malfeasance in the legal profession and corruption in the judiciary are topics that I feel very strongly about because of things that I have experienced in my personal and professional life —which has led me to devote the better part of my adult life to addressing this corruption. 

We now have another Senate Judiciary Committee hearing going on for the questioning of a U.S. Supreme Court nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, who from most accounts is a very fair minded and even-tempered jurist, and extremely qualified for the position from most accounts.  Generally, when I write about judicial issues I keep political party affiliations out of the equation, but this time around I will have to make a bit of an exception since the Republicans, particularly Josh Hawley, a Republican Senator from Missouri, who is hell bent on attacking Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s record on crime, particularly on the judge’s record of sentencing child porn offenders to which Hawley has stated “a pattern of letting child porn offenders off the hook for their appalling crimes”.  But despite Howley’s rhetoric, a CNN review of the materials in question shows that Jackson has mostly followed the common judicial sentencing practices in these kinds of cases.  https://www.cnn.com/2022/03/18/politics/republican-attacks-scotus-nominee-sentencing-record/index.html.

In the oral argument on December 1, 2021, on the issue of the 2018 Mississippi abortion law, Justice Sonia Sotomayor asked “Will this institution survive the stench that this creates in the public perception that the Constitution and its reading are just political acts?  I don’t see how it is possible.”  This made me think about the “stench” that is currently taking place in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago under the questionable leadership of Chief Judge Diane S. Sykes, who is currently involved in protecting a judge, Michael S. Kanne, from verifiable allegations of case fixing activity, which Sykes is attempting to sweep under the rug.  The “stench” is very strong.
