The American Judiciary Acts Like the KGB When it Comes to Peoples' Rights to Justice!
With the recent events going on in the Ukraine with Putin’s attempt to take over the country, it has caused me to reflect about how much of our own freedoms have been and continued to be hijacked right here in the good old USA by our American judiciary. The American judiciary acts much the same as the KGB, which operated as a force of the former Soviet Union’s “secret police” tasked with safeguarding the country from domestic and foreign threats. The American Judiciary operates essentially much the same way as a covert operation against Democracy by its systemic eradication of peoples' rights to justice in safeguarding corporate and governmental corruption by way of infected rulings. Lest we forget that the judiciary is the third branch of our system of government as the Constitution of the United States divides the federal government into three branches —legislative branch, executive branch, and judicial branch. Thus, the judiciary is responsible for ensuring that our Constitution works and thereby is supposed to be safeguarding our democracy —but it doesn't do so. Unfortunately, the federal judiciary has chosen by its demonstrated actions to violate the Constitution and blatantly compromise our democracy by its customary covert actions of routinely stripping away the fundamental rights of the people as enunciated and guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States —of which rights are hijacked from the people by the KGB style judges in the American judiciary.
“Does the government fear us? Or do we fear the government? When the people fear the government, tyranny has found victory. The federal government is our servant, not our master!” ~ Thomas Jefferson.
One of the cornerstones of our democracy is the right to seek judicial redress of our grievances against corporations and government agencies. Indeed the Seventh Amendment to the United States Constitution explicitly states that people have a fundamental right to a jury trial when seeking redress of their grievances, but the federal judiciary in its KGB style more times than not suppresses that right, notwithstanding the peoples’ constitutional right to a jury trial. Denying the people their constitutionally entitled right to a jury trial for redress of their grievances against corporations or the government is a form of autocracy, an autocracy comprised of KGB style judges wearing black robes in the federal courts of America. The secrecy of what the federal judiciary is doing in its genocidal eradication of peoples’ rights to redress is so bad that the Office of the United States Courts refuses to disclose how many of the peoples’ cases have been dismissed by federal judges. http://www.stloiyf.com/blog/post/the-scales-of-injustice/. The concealment of this information is a red flag, a very bright red flag! Unfortunately for the judiciary and its complicit compadre partner in crime —the Office of the United States Courts— information has surfaced showing that federal judges are routinely dismissing peoples’ cases at alarming rates and not affording people their entitled “day in court” https://repository.uchastings.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=2395&context=faculty_scholarship. The KGB styled courts of the American judiciary do not want the people to know that in the vast majority of cases the judges side with corporations and government agencies and grant dismissals so that peoples’ cases never even make it to a trial. https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2018/07/big-business-keeps-winning-at-the-supreme-court/564260/, https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/posteverything/wp/2017/06/26/why-big-business-keeps-winning-at-the-supreme-court/, https://www.findlaw.com/legalblogs/in-house/do-federal-courts-favor-big-business-corporations/. It is not surprising that the people have such a rock bottom opinion of the federal judiciary. https://news.gallup.com/poll/354908/approval-supreme-court-down-new-low.aspx. One of the most highly distinguished judges in American history, Richard A. Posner, publicly stated that America has a “very bad” judicial system, and even further stated “We have a very crappy judicial system…that contaminates much of government. https://promarket.org/2017/03/28/richard-posner-real-corruption-ownership-congress-rich/.
Just as the KGB would never disclose to the public its oppressive actions against people, the American judiciary likewise chooses to keep such information secret. If Stalin or Hitler were alive today they would be very proud of the federal judges in America who routinely dismiss peoples’ cases against corporations and government agencies notwithstanding the express requirement of the Seventh Amendment that guarantees the people the right to a jury trial in redress of their grievances. And for these KGB and Nazi type activities by the black robed criminals who are routinely suppressing the peoples’ rights to justice, the people in America are required to stand and show reverence when a KGB or Nazi type judge enters a courtroom while the criminal judge at the same time has been covertly undermining democracy in preventing people from receiving their entitled justice. Sadly, the long and short of it is that what we have here in America is a communist type judiciary designed to protect corporations and government agencies against the peoples’ legitimate grievances, nothing short of a criminal enterprise —a RICO type operation. Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave to the poor, in American courts the black robed criminals steal from the poor and give to the rich.
Just as the KGB could do whatever it wanted to oppress the people back in the days of the former Soviet Union, with no available recourse to the people, so too do the federal judges in America get to do whatever they want to do in oppressing people and cheating people out of justice in the courtrooms of America. Just as the KGP was permitted to conduct its oppressive operation in covert style, so too are the federal judges in America allowed to conduct their oppressive operations to deprive the people of their constitutional rights in covert style. Case in point, when a federal judge in America acts in KGB style, the person who tries to complain against such oppressive judicial misconduct is prevented from receiving a transparent process, and everything is held on the q.t. by the KGB style proceeding designed by the American court hierarchy to protect not only the conduct of the oppressive acting judge, but also the judge’s identity. https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2021/11/how_judicial_misbehavior_skates_in_america.html.
In America even when a person of influence tries to enact laws to protect the people against unsavory judicial oppression, the KGB mentality steps in and puts a stop to it just as it did when Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa, in December 2017, attempted to put a bill into law for the enactment of an independent inspector general for the judiciary so as to monitor judicial corruption activities, the KGB culture of the United States Courts came into play and reared its ugly head when James C. Duff, who at the time was director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, stepped in and led the charge to have the bill quashed in order to keep the KGB type status quo intact. https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2021/08/an_inspector_general_for_the_judiciary_is_needed.html. Much the same happened in 2021 when members of both parties introduced a much needed bill —the Judiciary Accountability Act of 2021—that was to provide protection for judicial employees subjected to sexual harassment by federal judges and other high level court officials which is a very serious problem in the federal judiciary with judges rampantly preying on employees for sexual conquests. https://news.bloomberglaw.com/us-law-week/the-federal-judiciary-has-a-harassment-problem-but-theres-a-fix; https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/senate-bill/2553/text, http://www.brianvukadinovich.com/blog/post/the-federal-judiciary-is-infested-with-sexual-perverts-chief-justice-roberts-looks-the-other-way/. And just as James Duff did in 2017 when he stepped in to put the kabosh to Senator Grassley's bill for an independent inspector general to monitor the shenanigans going on in the federal judiciary, it was deja vu as this time around, Judge Rosalyn Mauskopf, the director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, put things in motion to prevent the sexual harassment prevention bill from being passed, which of course preserved the status quo of the federal judges to continue using the federal employees as their sex toys. https://www.scotusblog.com/2021/12/roberts-to-congress-on-court-reforms-were-on-it/, https://www.uscourts.gov/news/2021/08/25/judiciary-informs-congress-its-opposition-bill.
"The greater the power, the more dangerous the abuse” ~ Edmund Burke.
In the American Judiciary, in classic KGB style, even when a judge comes clean and reveals that there has been judicial corruption by a judge in order to protect rogue police activities, the system is set up to protect the Nazi conduct of the police and protect the KGB styled corrupt judge who had the case fixed. It is happening in the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago as we speak. http://www.brianvukadinovich.com/blog/post/protectionism-of-case-fixing-is-alive-and-well-in-u-s-court-of-appeals-in-chicago/. If there was a patent for owning the rights to a KGB style judiciary, it would be owned by the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago —a communist type court— where the chief judge and her minions on that corrupt court utilize the art of the cover up which permeates the judiciary. http://www.brianvukadinovich.com/blog/post/the-stench-of-the-seventh-circuit-under-chief-judge-diane-s-sykes/. If there was such a thing as sniffing dogs trained to detect corrupt judges, the dogs would have a field day on the 27th floor of the Dirksen Building in Chicago where the Seventh Circuit criminal judges do their thing. Just as the KGB had their protective hierarchy in place, so too does the American judiciary with a Department of Justice and attorney general who are on board with protecting judicial case fixing so long as it is done to protect unlawful activities of rogue police against the citizenry —KGB style. http://www.brianvukadinovich.com/blog/post/we-have-an-asleep-at-the-wheel-attorney-general-in-merrick-garland-who-allows-case-fixing-by-judges/.
“Life is never easy. There is work to be done and obligations to be met – obligations to truth, to justice, and to liberty.” ~ John F. Kennedy.
We could learn a lot from the great courage being shown by the Ukrainian people in their resistance to the attack of Putin’s army so as to control them and take their freedom from them. Here in America when judges rear their ugly heads in KGB style and take our rights away from us by preventing us from utilizing our rights to jury trials in our grievances against corrupt corporations and corrupt government agencies, of which right we are entitled to under the Seventh Amendment, the people generally sit back and take it without fighting back —undoubtedly due to a fear factor in fear of retributions by the KGB style judges that permeate our judiciary. In the Ukraine, people have a strong resolve to fight for their rights to the point of even grandmothers willing to hold a gun and fight for their democracy in the face of the enormous enemy they are facing with tanks rolling over cars and bombs leveling housing units. And yet here in America most people who are being victimized by KGB style judges are afraid to even publicly speak out against this form of government oppression. The former Soviet Union had their KGB to fight against the rights of the people, the Nazis under Hitler had the SS to fight against the rights of the people, and here in the good old USA the government utilizes its third branch of government, the judiciary, to fight against the rights of the people. As a country we should be learning the lesson that the Ukrainians are teaching the world —that democracy is worth fighting for. As long as we as a country continue to sit back and are afraid to fight for our fundamental rights such as our Seventh Amendment right to a jury trial when we are trying to seek redress for our grievances against corrupt corporations and corrupt government agencies, and we allow the KGB style judges to continue to deprive us of our entitled fundamental rights, then we don’t really have a true democracy.
