The American Judiciary Acts Like the KGB When it Comes to Peoples' Rights to Justice!

undefined

With the recent events going on in the Ukraine with Putin’s attempt to take over the country, it has caused me to reflect about how much of our own freedoms have been and continued to be hijacked right here in the good old USA by our American judiciary.  The American judiciary acts much the same as the KGB, which operated as a force of the former Soviet Union’s “secret police” tasked with safeguarding the country from domestic and foreign threats.  The American Judiciary operates essentially much the same way as a covert operation against Democracy by its systemic eradication of peoples' rights to justice in safeguarding corporate and governmental corruption by way of infected rulings.  Lest we forget that the judiciary is the third branch of our system of government as the Constitution of the United States divides the federal government into three branches —legislative branch, executive branch, and judicial branch.  Thus, the judiciary is responsible for ensuring that our Constitution works and thereby is supposed to be safeguarding our democracy —but it doesn't do so.  Unfortunately, the federal judiciary has chosen by its demonstrated actions to violate the Constitution and blatantly compromise our democracy by its customary covert actions of routinely stripping away the fundamental rights of the people as enunciated and guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States —of which rights are hijacked from the people by the KGB style judges in the American judiciary.

“Does the government fear us? Or do we fear the government?  When the people fear the government, tyranny has found victory. The federal government is our servant, not our master!” ~ Thomas Jefferson.

We Have an Asleep-at-the-Wheel Attorney General in Merrick Garland Who Allows Case Fixing by Judges

It is unfortunate that we as a country have such a weak and inept attorney general in Merrick Garland.  President Biden made a big mistake with this appointment given Garland’s poor track record of protecting judicial malfeasance.  Biden should have seen the red flag since Garland’s protectionism of an accused Texas judge, Edith Jones of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals with ethics violation, was publicly reported. https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2016/03/time-merrick-garland-was-accused-protecting-fellow-judge-charged-ethics-violations/

Protectionism of Case Fixing is Alive and Well in U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago

As a country we are unfortunately at a point in time where the federal judiciary has in all reality turned itself into a criminal enterprise system with the chief judges of the circuits serving in the role of head of the syndicate of the circuit. The definition of organized crime is a national centralized enterprise run by criminals to engage in illegal activity. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago fits this definition.
