The time has come for Chief Justice John Roberts to understand that, we, the people, are onto him, and that we demand an immediate attitude change from him, or he should resign.  Roberts needs to understand that he has overplayed his hand, and the jig is up.

The attorney general of the United States, Merrick Garland, likes to publicly talk about the so called “rule of law”.  In his press conference addressing the warrant served at Trump’s property at Mar-a-Lago and the confiscating of boxes of documents, Garland said “Faithful adherence to the rule of law is the bedrock principle of the Justice Department and of our democracy.  Upholding the rule of law means applying the law evenly without fear or favor.  Under my watch, that is precisely what the Justice Department is doing.”  https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11103507/Justice-Department-asks-judge-UNSEAL-search-warrant-Trumps-raid.html.      Garland needs to put his money where his mouth is.  He has a terrible track record of “Faithful adherence to the rule of law”.  With all due respect, "upholding the rule of law" is precisely NOT happening under his “watch” when it comes to federal judges who are breaking the laws of the United States.  It's almost as though they have diplomatic immunity from arrest and criminal prosecution.

It is high time that we as a country finally come to the realization that our federal judiciary is infested with judicial terrorists who have been and continue to be on a mission to deprive “we the people” of our rights. Yes, indeed, there are actually federal statutes in place that criminalize judges who choose to violate the laws of the United States. These statutes are as follows:

We are in trouble as a country when we have a federal judiciary that fixes cases, and we certainly have that in our country.  We are in deeper trouble when we have federal judicial officials who protect federal judges who fix cases, and we certainly have that in our country.  And we are in even deeper trouble when we have United States Senators who are aware of the judicial corruption and sit back and allow the corruption to flourish while doing nothing about it, and we certainly have that in our country.

We have a very serious problem in the county with judicial malfeasance issues which are being swept under the rug by federal court officials at every turn.  Case in point is what is currently taking place in the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago and the federal judiciary’s protectionism of case fixing.

We now have another Senate Judiciary Committee hearing going on for the questioning of a U.S. Supreme Court nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, who from most accounts is a very fair minded and even-tempered jurist, and extremely qualified for the position from most accounts.  Generally, when I write about judicial issues I keep political party affiliations out of the equation, but this time around I will have to make a bit of an exception since the Republicans, particularly Josh Hawley, a Republican Senator from Missouri, who is hell bent on attacking Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s record on crime, particularly on the judge’s record of sentencing child porn offenders to which Hawley has stated “a pattern of letting child porn offenders off the hook for their appalling crimes”.  But despite Howley’s rhetoric, a CNN review of the materials in question shows that Jackson has mostly followed the common judicial sentencing practices in these kinds of cases.  https://www.cnn.com/2022/03/18/politics/republican-attacks-scotus-nominee-sentencing-record/index.html.
